This all-suites North Atlanta hotel, situated in the Atlanta Perimeter Center's business district, is 24 km from Downtown Atlanta and offers modern guest rooms with free WiFi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and an on-site restaurant. Every suite at Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Suites has two flat-screen LCD HDTVs with premium cable channels, a balcony and a sofa bed. Unfortunately, during our stay, we experienced several issues, including a strong marijuana smell when we arrived, food and a beverage left outside our door, red stains on the carpet, smudges on all mirrors, TVs and counter tops, used soap in the cubby hole and a brown stained towel. We called the front desk to report these issues, but the bag of food wasn't removed until we were in the room for an hour. We got locked out of the room due to a key pad malfunction and had to miss our mother's birthday dinner reservations. We were relocated to another room without any assistance, and when we asked how we were being compensated, the staff made an unprofessional comment. We also got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes and were asked to check out when we voiced our complaints to the supervisor. With all these issues, it's hard to recommend this hotel.
