With free shuttle services to Albany International Airport, just 6 miles away, and an indoor pool, you can enjoy the convenience and comfort of this hotel. All rooms come with free Wi-Fi, and you can relax in the Jacuzzi suite with plenty of towels. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly, and the in-house restaurant closes at 5. Unfortunately, there were some issues during one customer's stay, such as an A/C that blew hot air and a hole in the ceiling that spat water. The general manager gave a $25 refund for the inconvenience. Despite these issues, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albany Airport Area - Latham is still a great place to stay.
