The fire alarm was set off due to someone leaving popcorn in the microwave too long and there was no maid service when requested. Unfortunately, the food wasn't that great either. But the overall experience was still enjoyable.

We also got locked out of our room, missed our dinner reservation, and were relocated to another room without assistance. To add to the disappointment, the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite the issues, we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay by taking advantage of the hotel's amenities.
