Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the river. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. Marianne was especially amazing, providing us with lots of great information and making sure we felt safe and secure. There were fire pits with logs and kindling, and even family dollar next door to buy s'mores ingredients. We had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend it to others. Even though there were some negative reviews, the hotel is under new ownership and new management, so it's getting proper maintenance and is definitely worth the stay.
