It is just 12 miles from the city centre and under 4 miles from the M5 motorway, with Bristol Airport a 15-minute drive away. Despite its attractive surroundings and modern amenities, guests have experienced issues with service, noise and food allergies. The hotel staff were unhelpful when it came to accommodating vegan and food allergy guests, and the food quality and speed of service in the restaurant was not up to standard. We cannot recommend this hotel for those with dietary requirements.
