  • Delta Hotels by Marriott Manchester Airport

    Hale - Greater Manchester

Delta Hotels by Marriott Manchester Airport Hotel offers an extensive leisure centre, spa facilities and 18-acres of private grounds near the Cheshire Countryside. Despite offering a peaceful anniversary getaway, we experienced a lot of abuse from the staff upon arrival, with staff members watching and restricting guests to certain areas. We were asked to leave due to an alarm going off while we were in the corridor, but were denied access to CCTV footage to prove our innocence. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer halal options on the menu and upon request of a special request and offering to pay, we were told that this was not an option. Our stay was made worse by the fire alarms going off for 3 hours in the middle of the night and the staff's lack of commitment in rectifying the situation. This was not the expected Marriott experience and we would not recommend this hotel.
