This contemporary hotel is situated in 6 acres of scenic gardens in Avon, Bristol, just 12 miles from the city centre and 4 miles from the M5. Bristol Airport is a 15-minute drive away. Despite a modern look, the hotel's service and amenities are disappointing. The rooms were noisy and small; the restaurant's pricey food was of poor quality; and the vegan/allergy friendly breakfast options were inadequate. Most staff were unhelpful, and while they did provide a refund, it wasn't enough to make up for the unacceptable experience.
