Comfort Suites Scranton is a great place to stay for a quick or extended stay. It offers free WiFi access, and the rooms are as expected. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't open but the provided breakfast was better than other grab n' go breakfasts. The staff is friendly and accommodating, though our first room was quite dirty. Thankfully, they upgraded us to a bigger room free of charge, which was spotless. The parking lot was full of cigarette butts and weeds and the pool was closed due to COVID-19. Housekeeping was not friendly and the television service was extremely disappointing. The first floor ground level doesn’t have shades that close fully, the remote for the tv was sticky, and the sheets didn’t seem to be cleaned. Despite these issues, Comfort Suites Scranton is a great option for those looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

The pool is a great place to relax and the casino has plenty of games to choose from. The restaurants offer a great variety, from Bistecca's excellent food to Guy Fieri's breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide microwaves and fridges in the rooms, and the casino floor's cigarette smoke can be a bit overwhelming. Despite this, we had a great experience and would highly recommend it.
