The beds are comfortable and the room is quiet. Unfortunately, the breakfast is minimal and coffee was not available when we checked in. Wi-Fi was also spotty and there were no fitted sheets. However, the room was clean and the drink machine was selling pop for a great price! All in all, this hotel provides a decent stay in the Richmond area.

The room had plenty of towels, soaps, and ambient lighting, plus cable TV with HBO. The hotel is located on a beach corner with virtually no other rooms nearby, making it a perfect romantic getaway. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is only 40 minutes away from Virginia Beach. Unfortunately, the ice machine was broken and the ac was not very effective. However, this is more than made up for with the hot tub in the room, making it an ideal choice for a romantic break. Booking through booking.com is also convenient, with refunds processed within 48-24 hours.
