Stafford House is an excellent Bed & Breakfast located 18 miles west of Washington DC. The room and bathroom exceeded expectations, boasting lovely vintage furniture, a clawfoot tub, giant shower, beautiful decor and lighting. The breakfast was also bigger and better than expected and delivered to the room at the requested time. The main thoroughfare of historic downtown Fairfax is within walking distance, and while there may be traffic noise, it did not bother us at all. Donna, the host, was incredibly welcoming and considerate of our needs. The location is perfect for walking to amenities, and the Jacuzzi and bathroom were top notch. The bed was comfortable and breakfast each morning was incredible. A very memorable stay, and one I'd go back to in a heartbeat.

This hotel is located off of Interstate 95 and just 10 minutes from the center of Stafford, Virginia, and 5 minutes from the Quantico Marine Base. It features an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool and whirlpool, and a banquet hall. It is very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was canceled due to COVID-19, however, the staff provided a bagel at the front desk as a substitute. Despite a power outage due to a snowstorm, the staff was able to restore power quickly and even upgraded our room for our troubles. All in all, it was a great stay!
