This Ramada hotel is located off I-81, 14 km from downtown Harrisburg. Unfortunately, it isn't up to par with the standard of other Ramada hotels. The hallways are never vacuumed, the windows and doors are dirty, and the tub had brown water coming up from it every time you flushed the toilet. To make matters worse, management was virtually non-existent and unhelpful, leaving guests feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. Other guests have reported items missing from their rooms and a smell of smoke. To top it all off, the front desk staff were unable to provide a blanket on a cold night, even when asked. This hotel definitely has a long way to go before it can be recommended.
