Tammy at the front desk was also very helpful and friendly. Despite some negative reviews, this hotel is a great choice for its location and amenities.

This Ramada Inn off I-81 is conveniently located 14 km from downtown Harrisburg, but unfortunately it's in need of serious management changes. Our experience was far from pleasant - from the filthy state of the hotel, with hallways never vacuumed, glass windows and doors never cleaned, to the issues with the tub, where brown water would come up after flushing the toilet. We were unable to shower after a long day at the amusement park and had to find a bathroom in the hallway. Other guests reported having items go missing and the room smelled like smoke. We were glad to leave the next day and will never stay there again.
