Harbour Hotel Brighton offers a unique experience for visitors looking to explore the busy streets of Brighton. Located opposite a iconic beach and just a few minutes' walk from The Lanes and Brighton Pier, this hotel is the perfect place to stay. Not only do they offer free WiFi, but they have a stunning spa with a range of treatments. Unfortunately, we found this hotel to be a let down. The room was small and not at all reflective of the cost, the view outside of the window was of a very ugly roof top, and the room had a very strong smell of urine. The spa was difficult to use and the breakfast was a sham. Despite this, they refunded the breakfast and a further £50 for the room. This hotel is a great location, but unfortunately the customer service and facilities let it down.

The hosts are friendly and accommodating, and even provided us with milk for our child upon arrival. The room is small but the beds are super comfy, and there are LED lights and fairy lights for a modern, cozy vibe. With a karaoke machine, snooker table, and LED lights, it's the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The owners are very helpful and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
