Dating back to the 16th century, The White Hart Hotel offers a unique blend of modern facilities and old-world charm. Guests can experience Lewes' picturesque and historic atmosphere in an atmosphere of comfort and sophistication. Unfortunately, our stay revealed a hotel that has not been properly maintained, with carpets, curtains and furniture covered in dust and stains, uncomfortable beds, and no hot water for a hot shower or bath. The window was unsafe and the mini table was attached so closely to the wall that plugging in was a challenge. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, but the staff were great.
