The guest relations team was also great and accommodating, offering a blocked toilet on arrival, broken shower to bath, parts missing to main shower, maid service by appointment, two surly waitresses in the restaurant, and no sauna, steam room, or jacuzzi. For those who book directly, the hotel offers an upgrade to a sea view room with a stunning vista of the Atlantic and golden beaches. The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and efficient in accommodating an extension to my stay due to Storm Eunice. All in all, Saunton Sands Hotel is a great choice for a unique and luxurious stay.
