Hotel du Vin Exeter is an impressive building with an outdoor pool open all year round. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom with luxury toiletries and a monsoon shower, and some have a bath. Free WiFi, a bar and 24-hour front desk are also available. Unfortunately, the service was farcically bad and the room was not cleaned properly. The bedsheets were worn off and stained and the shower area had hairs and blood stains. There is limited car parking on site and the pool was closed for refurbishment. Staff were nice and helpful, but overall it was not great value for money.
