The Carnegie is a great value for a nice property, and the perfect place for travelers to rest and explore the local area.

This hotel in Pigeon Forge is just 2 miles from Dollywood and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast is great with lots of choices; biscuit and gravy, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, apple juice, orange juice, milk, water, and coffee. The view of the mountains is spectacular. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The firepit and pools (indoor and outdoor) provide a great way to relax. The hotel room is cozy and quant, with a queen single room perfect for couples. There is also a heat lamp in the bathroom. The balcony overlooks the pool, but two rooms share it. Unfortunately, cleanliness is not a priority at this hotel. You may smell chemicals, find crumbs from the last guest, and the furniture is covered in dust. The wall night light is brighter than the bathroom light, the shower curtain has mold and mildew, and the wood around the air/heat unit is covered in black mold. The parking lot is small and it is a one way in and out. Not recommended.

This Pigeon Forge hotel offers two separate buildings, just 3.2 km from the Wonderworks attraction and 17 km from Dollywood. The first building includes a 24/7 lobby, indoor pool and jacuzzi, while the second building features an outdoor pool and jacuzzi which closes at 10 pm. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and linens available throughout our 5 night stay. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, except for one grumpy lady in the lobby. Despite a few issues with our keys and birds chirping all night, this is an overall decent stay for those looking for a central location in Pigeon Forge.
