The noise from other guests’ kids running in the hallways, people yelling in the hallways, and the broken water heater made it a terrible experience. There were also stains on the bedspread and cuts on the sheets, and there was no complimentary breakfast. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

It is located within 20 minutes of Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport and the Mall of America, and features spacious suites with kitchenette. The cleanliness of the rooms is superior and staff are polite and helpful. Guests have access to a variety of food options, and the neighborhood is safe. There is a range of amenities, including a vending machine and disability access. An added bonus are the old and noisy air conditioners. Unfortunately, some of the rooms have had issues such as no hot water, no shower chair, no light above the stove, and a used tissue on the floor. Despite these issues, guests are never disappointed with their stay.
