The hotel also has a salón spa, an outdoor pool and hot tub, and a great selarium for working out on cold or rainy days. There is also a casino, as well as several restaurants. However, some guests have experienced a lack of thorough cleanliness in their rooms and check-in delays. Additionally, the reception staff has been reported to be dismissive and mumbled under their masks instead of addressing the guests. Additionally, some complained about the lack of towels and not being able to print a receipt during check-out.
