This hotel located in Coeur d'Alene is just 5 minutes from the lake and boardwalk. It offers free WiFi, but unfortunately the customer service and cleanliness leave much to be desired. Upon check-in, the front desk attendant was unprofessional and the room was dirty. The bed was sloppily made, water bottle lids were found under the bed, and the furniture was old and beat up. The second room we were assigned to was also in a state of disrepair, with dirty carpets, stained walls, and broken outlets. The owners, who live on-site, were unhelpful and unprofessional as well. While the sheets appeared clean, the snow that fell overnight caused the grounds to be slick and icy, with frozen tree branches falling on vehicles. All in all, this is not a place to stay for a clean and friendly experience.
