Our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, with a warm welcome from the staff and free on-street parking. We were delighted to find a room with a king bed instead of a standard queen, and the kitchen and bathroom were both well appointed. Breakfast was included, with fresh fruits, granola, yogurt, and freshly baked croissants. We also enjoyed the rooftop area with its beautiful city views, and the complimentary bottled water and seltzers. April, the friendly staff member, took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The Sono is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a more personal experience in Chicago!
