Jason, the excellent manager, is friendly and helpful and addressed all our Covid concerns. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the TV remote didn't work and when we asked for another that one also didn't work. The pool area was too hot and humid and the air was too chlorinated, making it difficult for those with asthma. Breakfast was good, with lots of options, and the make your own waffles were very good. There was no toaster, and the coffee was not hot enough. Vending machine only accepted correct change and chips were stale. Overall, we had a good stay and the staff were friendly and helpful.
