This hotel in Portage, Indiana is a great place to stay for families. It features a large indoor pool and free Wi-Fi in each guest room. The hotel is located 7 miles away from Marquette Park and the shores of Lake Michigan. On our third stay here, we opted for the family suite and were pleasantly surprised to find the bedroom and extra space. The beds were comfortable and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and generous with towels. Breakfast was setup cafeteria style due to Covid-19, with not many food options, however the kids loved the waffles. The pool use is limited to 45 minutes due to Covid-19. Unfortunately, the splash pool waterfall and jets didn't work the first two times we stayed, but this year they did, which the kids really enjoyed. The front desk staff, Ross, was especially accommodating and hospitable. We felt welcomed and taken care of. We would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for a stay in Portage, Indiana.
