The Countryside Motel is located 7.5 miles from the Brookfield Zoo and Brookfield Woods. It's a convenient place to stay for a night or two, with a comfortable bed, TV, and quiet atmosphere. But the cleanliness of the motel left much to be desired, with moldy ceilings, stained pillows, holes in the walls, and footprints on the door. The cleaning staff was also incredibly pushy and rude. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus, but the water came out too slow and the knobs weren't working properly. The location was good, with plenty of places to shop and get food, but it was the only hotel available for miles and miles. Additionally, the motel had a reputation for prostitution and was not a safe or clean place to stay. We wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone.
