Just 9 is a family-friendly resort located in Kissimmee, Florida, just 1 km from Walt Disney World. Offering a peaceful and simple atmosphere, this resort has something for everyone. From the sparkling hot tub to the carpeting throughout the townhouse, you’ll find yourself feeling right at home. All townhouses come with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a half bath downstairs, giving you plenty of space. Upgrade to a lake view to experience the beauty of the area. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, and the bar/restaurant staff are excellent. Unfortunately, some guests have experienced poor housekeeping and the pool is much smaller than expected. But with such a peaceful atmosphere, you’ll be sure to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This Kissimmee, Florida, resort is the perfect spot for a family getaway, located just 10 km from Walt Disney World Resort and 20 km from the Universal Orlando Resort. Spacious townhomes feature a hot tub on the back porch, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Not to mention, each townhome is self-catered with towels, garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo and conditioner. There is also an exercise room and pool, open on weekends. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with the entry code, carpet, toaster, Wi-Fi, dryer, washer, AC, and hangers. The house was also dirty, with black spots on the entrance door, white spots on the tables, mold in the hot tub, used toilet paper, and a leak in the kitchen sink. Security is lacking, as they gave us the wrong house upon check-in. Hopefully on your stay, these issues will be resolved.
