The Arc Hotel is a 4-star property set in Fort Smith with a shared lounge, air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Reservation was initially made through Booking.com and my husband's card was charged 2 times. The room was adequate but there were red wine stains on the carpet. Soap and coffee condiment supplies were missing and the continental breakfast was cold. The entrance area and rooms were exceptionally clean and staff was accommodating. There was no pest issue and the price was very reasonable. There was a nice restaurant across the street and a number of eateries and shopping locations nearby. We chose the king bed with pullout couch with an indoor pool and jacuzzi. The buffet breakfast was a nice surprise with eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, muffins, cereal, sausage, bagels and more. Overall, it was a great value and highly recommendable.
