Situated in Volcano, with a building dating from 2008, it is an 18 km drive from Kilauea and within walking distance of Volcano Art Center Gallery and Thomas A Jaggar Museum. Our stay was 5 star quality for a fraction of the price. The hosts, Eric & Chris, are the kindest and most attentive people. They provided us with amazing tips throughout our stay and the room was beautiful, with French press coffee, jacuzzi bathtub, heated bathroom floors, sleep number bed, electric fireplace, huge windows with rainforest views, and an adorable balcony. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and a couch with a fire pit. Plus, the fridge was stocked with snacks, and the hosts provided ear plugs if needed. It was the perfect romantic gateway spot and we didn't want to leave! Book this place right now, you won't regret it!
