Located just 6.8 miles from Newcastle city centre, this hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a restaurant, brasserie, lounge bar, and an 18-hole championship golf course. Though our stay was a bit disappointing due to unprofessional service and a lack of cleanliness in the room, we still enjoyed our visit with friends. The restaurant was lovely, and the manager/guest provided us with 4 bottles of water after we asked for some. Though the swimming pool was closed for a day and our room was not as updated as we expected, this hotel still provides a home away from home feeling and a great way to explore Newcastle.
