Eastwell Manor Hotel is an impressive building with breathtaking views of its beautiful grounds. It offers 2 restaurants, a bar, a gym, and a spa. Despite its grandeur, some aspects of the experience were less than satisfactory. We were not allowed to use the spa facilities until 5 PM, and the receptionist was unhelpful when we sought a solution. The room was quaint, but there was no air conditioning and the beds were uncomfortable. The property was dirty, full of flies and spiders, and the spa facilities were frayed and in need of a good cleaning. The staff was unhelpful and the plumbing was noisy and unreliable. Unfortunately, our experience at Eastwell Manor was less than satisfactory, and we would not recommend it.
