Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa offers breathtaking views of Loch Fyne and the Cowal Hills from its en suite rooms, many of which feature balconies. Relax in the spa, swim in the pool and enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant. Unfortunately, there were some issues with our stay, including the pool being fully booked, dinner reservations not done, and a lack of communication from reception staff. However, the manager was helpful and offered a goodwill gesture of a starter in the restaurant, which we appreciated. Despite some of the issues, the room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, it's an expensive stay, but worth it if you get a room with a lovely view of the loch.

Guests can also enjoy the stunning views of the Loch and mountains from the bedroom window. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, some of the facilities in the hotel are not available. The road to the hotel is a single track, with passing places, so be sure to take it carefully. Other than that, Drimsynie Estate is a great place for a family getaway or break away from the current situation.
