With easy access to Jim's taxi service, this is an ideal place to stay and relax with friends or family. Miss it already!

Our Deluxe Double Room with a bath is a haven of comfort and relaxation, with a beautiful en-suite and all modern amenities such as air conditioning, flat screen TV, and a glass-walled shower. Our hosts Margaret and Blair welcomed us with afternoon tea and cake, and a complimentary Laphroaig Quarter Cask whisky. They made us feel welcome and at home, and the housekeeping staff kept our room and the entire property immaculate. The 300 acre grounds are stunning, with rolling green hills and animals like sheep, cows, and rabbits. Kilmeny is in a convenient location, just a 10 minute drive from the ferry terminal and close to Bunnahaibhain and Ardnahoe. We had a wonderful stay here and can't recommend it enough!

For those less able, the 25 minute walk to Oban and the ferry may be an issue, but for those with a car, the ferry is easy to drive to. Oban is busy so book restaurants in advance and enjoy the beautiful surrounding areas and countryside. Highly recommended!
